Define Your Business in QuickBooks Online

Once you enter your basic information, QuickBooks takes you to a page that asks for your business information—all it asks for is your business name and age.

After you enter your company’s name and age, you can select what you would like to do in QuickBooks. You can choose from many options:

  • Sending and tracking invoices
  • Organizing your expenses
  • Managing your inventory
  • Tracking your retail sales
  • Tracking your bills
  • Tracking your sales tax
  • Paying your employees
  • Tracking billable hours

After you pick all that you would like to do, click the little green "All set" button and you are good to go! Now you can start using your QuickBooks Online account!
