Upload Your Summary File

To link your purchase files from Home Depot Pro Xtra® to QuickBooks Online, you must first upload your data using the HammerZen app.

If you have not yet downloaded the files from your Pro Xtra account, go to the Knowledge Base and search "Export Your Purchases". 

After you have signed in to the HammerZen app, just follow these few simple steps:

  1. Go to "Import Receipts" on the menu bar
  2. Click "Choose File"
  3. Select "Upload"
Following these steps will take you to the Map Name and Accounts screen. 

On this screen, you will find the previous five files that have been imported into QuickBooks.

To review a full list of the files you have uploaded, click “Files Imported” in the menu bar.
