Review QuickBooks Online Reports - Summary Purchase

After you import the Home Depot summary purchase statement through HammerZen HDPro, you should check your QuickBooks Online reports for accuracy. 

Congratulations! You are one step closer to reviewing your reports. As you may know, when you import only the summary, you will see one line per each product, along with customer and class (if selected). We suggest you review your transactions and reports. There are a few crucial reports you probably need to review:

 

Profit and Loss

  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Profit and Loss under Favorites:
    1. Customers (jobs, projects and property)
    2. Classes and Sub-classes
    3. Products/Services

Balance Sheet

  1. Click Reports 
  2. Click Balance Sheet under Favorites
    1. Bank Accounts
    2. Credit Card Accounts

Uninvoiced (unbilled) charges

  1. Click Reports 
  2. Click Balance Sheet under Who owes you
  3. Click Uninvoiced charges
