Jobs to Customers

Jobs to Customers

The next step is mapping your jobs/projects from your purchases to "Customers and Jobs" in QuickBooks:

  • If you cannot find the Customer:Job name, go into QuickBooks and create a new name, then click "Sync" in HammerZen.
  • When you do not use Customers to track your purchases, you should create a dummy name as your company name and link your purchases to that name.

Now you can link the Job Name to the Customer Name!

To finish this step, select "Next."

(Everything linked and mapped will be saved for future imports.)
