Add Products & Services in QuickBooks Online

Creating and Adding Products & Services in QuickBooks Online

To use HammerZen HDPro, you MUST have Products & Services to track purchases and sales in QuickBooks Online. If you do not use them, select one of the following options:

  • Create two names: materials and tools
  • If you use accounts, you can copy the accounts as products and services and link them to the account name you use. 

To add Products & Services to the QBO account:

  1. Click Sales
  2. Select Products & Services
  3. Click Add a product or service
  4. Select one Products & Services Type and enter the information
  5. Enter all the information and:
    1. Click on the Sales information box if you are selling and invoicing that product to your customer
    2. You MUST click on the Purchasing information box and select the account from the list
  6. Click on Save and close or to enter another name select Save and new
