After you have uploaded the summary file, you will need to select the vendor and the accounts associated with the data. This data syncs with your QuickBooks file and automatically appears in the dropdown. Click “Next” and you’re on your way!
- Vendor Name
- Account ID is how you paid for purchases (only available in the “Summary Purchase Data”)
- Account Names sync with QuickBooks
You can select the same accounts, or different accounts, depending on how you would like to classify your data.
Again, click “Next.”
(If you do not have an options from which to select from the drop-down menu, log in to QuickBooks and enter the account name. Afterwards, go back to the HammerZen app, and sync the data.)
