The last tool on Pro Xtra is the ability to add, remove, and manage the users associated with your company’s account. You only need to input a few things:
- The person’s name
- His or her email
- His or her role in the company
- His or her status (whether or not their role is an active one)
You probably do not want too many users to have access to your Pro Xtra, but there is no limit to how many people you can link to your company's account.
Once you have checked out User Management, and maybe even allowed others access to your account, you can begin managing a better, more successful business.
